Job Title : IBM Rational Tool consultant ( IBM Rational Team Concert(RTC) / CALM )
Location : CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai, India
· Min. 4 Year of experience working on Jazz Framework mainly on Rational Team Concert(RTC)
· Good in handling Windows, Linux and Unix Platforms
· Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle Methodology.
· Working knowledge of Java and plug-in development for RTC
· Experience advising, training, or mentoring others on technical practices
· Develop RTC templates to support methods, processes, and techniques as per industry standards including program planning, product release planning, iteration planning & delivery, etc.
· Managing expectations with business and technology partners.
· Improve the existing methodologies by identifying innovations within industry, evaluating them and trying them with colleagues, and creating / revising descriptions, guidelines, and training for practices.
· Strong problem solver and collaborator that detects challenges effectively and solves them.
· Knowledge on other Jazz Tools like RRC , RQM will be added advantage
· Min. Graduate in Computer Science or equivalent.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
